kdl api down

The link to the kdl api seems to be broken:
http://people.mech.kuleuven.be/~orocos/pub/devel/kdl/latest/api/html/
=same link if you click trough the orocos website

That location dissappeared somehow. I fixed the link to point elsewhere.
