It has moved away in a new stack: orocos_toolchain_ros
you can get get it (for the moment) from our repos:
svn co http://svn.mech.kuleuven.be/repos/orocos/trunk/kul-ros-
pkg/stacks/orocos_toolchain_ros orocos_toolchain_ros

The rtt/ocl packages have been renamed to rtt and ocl. I've also updated the
manifest files in the soem stack to get them in sync with the name-change.
