This patch should add the Tree class, the IK solver with joint limits, and some
of the dynamics solvers. The patch also reverts a change made recently
commenting out a few lines in std_string.sip This change was segfaulting my
code. If someone could tell me how I can fix the input (I believe I was
passing it unicode strings), I can submit a patch which keeps those lines
commented.

Apply patch from orocos_kinematics_dynamics directory with:
patch -p0 < 2012_02_23_add_pykdl_tree_dynamics_ik_with_jl.patch

I cannot find the patch attached to the bug report, could it be that
you forgot to add it?
