[Bug 985] New: Autoproj init.rb file is not up-to-date, the installation process fails

http://bugs.orocos.org/show_bug.cgi?id=985

Summary: Autoproj init.rb file is not up-to-date, the
installation process fails
Product: Toolchain
Version: master
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: blocker
Priority: P3
Component: Autoproj
AssignedTo: orocos-dev [..] ...
ReportedBy: charles [dot] lesire [..] ...
CC: orocos-dev [..] ...
Estimated Hours: 0.0

The init.rb file of autoproj has been updated in 'toolchain-2.5' but is not
up-to-date in 'master', so that the installation process fails because the
GITORIOUS autoproj variables are not set:

in /home/lesire/work/robotis/autoproj/remotes/orocos.toolchain/source.yml:
undeclared option 'GITORIOUS_PUSH_ROOT'

Commit to apply seems to be the following one:
https://gitorious.org/orocos-toolchain/build/commit/6f021c48b5462e07f6c7...

Meaning that you would want the gitorious-related questions to not be
asked at all ? Is that it ?

No. Actually, I would like to have the questions asked even when I do not
use orocos-toolchain/build.git. I.e., having the
gitorious_server_configuration at the Orocos package_set level!

Ah ... OK. That is definitely doable (and would fit very well the
general philosophy, actually)

I put it on my todo list ...
