Merging rock-typelib into the orocos toolchain

We've seen regressions when building/using typelib on Groovy. Would it be
ok to merge rock's master branch to orocos toolchain's typelib ? I'm aiming
for the fixes of past November for Ruby 1.9.x.

I see only bugfixes ... So that should be OK.
