OCL 1.x : HMIConsoleOutput interface

Hi all,

Is there a justifiable reason for having removed the standard
TaskContext interface from the HMIConsoleOutput component ? It basically
prevents starting or stoping it from scripting...

Could we restore this basic functionnalities? One just have to remove
line 71 of file HMIConsoleOutput.hpp
