[PATCH] cmake: Correctly pass '-z, defs' option to gcc on Apple

RTT v2, from toolchain-v2.2. I have a suspicion that '-z,defs' is the default behaviour for the Mac version of ld. Anyway, this gets v2 OCL to build.
