Patches regarding slave_activity and TaskContext

Please find both patches attached, please reply any comments and if you
accept the patches.

The main problem was that in case of SlaceActivity the slave tasks could
not handle operation called because they were never executed.

There are multiple 2 weeks old and one nearly a year old, does anyone
take care regarding these merge-requests?

??? The oldest on RTT is 15 days old, and there are none on orogen. Not worthy
of mention IMO.

The one you created for this particular patches is *3 days old*. Whining about
it like that won't make it faster.

*Pong* hanging since nearly a month now.

First i send the patches to the ML, then i was requested to create a
merge request but no one cares (expext sylvain)
so how can i send patches that anyone takes care about?!
