I have just noticed that the RTT::plugins namespace documentation API is
empty !

I have another remark: two logging level enumeration coexist, the
RTT::LoggerLevel one, and the RTT::Logger::LogLevel one. Is there a
reason why these two enum exist? If yes, which one should I use?
