Hi Dev's,
there are several Pull-Requests on github for RTT, some from me some
from others.
Some of them are open uncommented since January.

How you/we want to handle them in the future?
I assumed that someone will review and agree or disagree to them.
Are PRs still the way to go?. I don't want to push (even simple fixed)
directly to master without getting a agreement from someone else.

What will the policy, PRs only make sense if they are processed.
