[Bug 407] New: KDL version number still 0.2

A new bug was added:

When one builds the KDL library, the version number is incorrectly reported as
0.2. Also, the resulting shared library is tagged as libkdl.so.0.2

It should be fixed, in the downloadable package and on trunk.
