You have linked against two libstdc++ libraries with different versions. This
will cause a crash.

You probably compiled libcppunit or libxerces manually ? One of the libraries
Orocos uses is built with g++-3.3 or so. You must compile the other libraries
with g++ 4.0.3 as well.
