This is the first bug fix release of the Orocos Components Library v1.4
and only contains backwards compatible fixes.

Only infrastructure changes were added in this release and no changes to the
motion control (or related) components were added, as they are not backwards
compatible. Hence, the Debian packages for these specific components could
still not be made. OCL v1.6.0 will contain the major improvements and will be
released together with RTT v1.6.0.
