The first milestone to reach is getting Orocos accepted as a Gsoc project. Google accepts applications for open source projects from March 9 to March 13. The application will be coordinated by Peter Soetens, but all discussions should take place on the Orocos-dev mailing list ( RTT-dev forum).

For each Orocos project, we'd like to have at least 3 ideas on the Gsoc Ideas wiki page. Please mark which ideas you want to mentor. Google requires two mentors for each student: a principal mentor and a co-mentor. The co-mentor needs to take over when the principal mentor can't guide the student (because of illness or holidays...)
