Students should read and write fluently english, or at least speak the same language of their mentor when having only basic english language skills.

Google will accept student applications from March 23 to April 3rd. Don't hesistate to contact the Orocos developers before this period.

There are some basic rules you must follow:

1. Rule #0: The idea is that YOU propose something YOU think YOU can do. The Orocos developers will suggest ideas, but you need to take it, write your application and submit it to Google. Of course, the mentor will guide you for doing that !
2. Rule #1: If you want to apply, first propose your idea on the Orocos-dev or BFL-dev mailing list (or the forum equivalents) or contact the mentor personally.
3. Rule #2: Read the Advice for Students document.
