I'm off to warmer/dryer places for the next two weeks. I pushed my
latest merges to rtt-2.0-refactoring on github (which was not a
fast-forward).

Use rtt-2.0-mainline for 'stable' RTT 2.0
Use master for stable RTT 1.x
Use svn/trunk for stable RTT 1.x if no git available.

rtt-2.0-refactoring contains 'all code' but doesn't compile for an
inch, since only the files moved, but the include paths/namespaces
have not been updated yet.
